RG Dominick Puni suffered a PCL injury and is uncertain to be ready for Week 1. RBs Patrick Taylor, Corey Kiner also hurt.

Dominick Puni is believed to have injured his posterior cruciate ligament and could miss a few weeks, coach Kyle Shanahan said after Saturday's preseason game.

The only thing that matters during the preseason is getting out of these games healthy. We didn’t need to see the San Francisco 49ers’ starters for more than a series. However, Dominick Puni did not come out with Connor Colby and Spencer Burford, a couple of other offensive linemen who started the game.
