As the MLB offseason continues, rumors of the Blue Jays making a splash continue to grow, and they have their eyes set on Anthony Santander.

The Blue Jays have been tied to Anthony Santander as much as any team in recent weeks. While there’s still no agreement in place, Shi Davidi and Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet report that the Jays’ talks with the free agent slugger “picked up” this morning.

According to Jon Heyman of the New York Post, the Toronto Blue Jays are continuing their pursuit of free-agent outfielder Anthony Santander. Heyman noted that the team has made progress with their conversations.
