A dog was abandoned on the street in Arizona. In a video shared on Facebook, a red SUV is shown letting a dog out at a dead end street and driving off after saying "bye bye."

Beusen said she was walking her dog on a trail and witnessed the incident. She called out to the dog and tried consoling him. “It was defeated. It was sad,” Beusen said. What ticks Buesen off the most is the audio the camera picked up right before the dog was dumped. A woman can be heard saying, “Bye, bye”.
