Kevin Stefanski has named Joe Flacco the Browns No. 1 quarterback for Week 1 against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Super Bowl champion hasn't played at all this preseason, which gave many the inkling that he would be the guy under center, and now Stefanski has made it official.

Joe Flacco will be the starter when Cleveland opens the season at home against the in-state rival Cincinnati Bengals Sept. 7. The following week, the 18-year veteran will have a chance to start against his former team, the Baltimore Ravens, in Baltimore for the first time in his career.

With the Browns planning to name a starting quarterback this week and with common sense pointing in the direction of veteran Joe Flacco, that's only one of the questions for Cleveland to answer.
