At least 10 people in the U.S. have been sickened in a listeria outbreak linked to ready-to-eat food products, and a producer is voluntarily recalling several products, federal officials said.

The 86 products were commonly available and for sale at retailers and food service locations, including convenience stores, hospitals, hotels, airports, and airlines

The products were sold in vending and breakroom areas within corporate offices, medical buildings and healthcare facilities.
