Seven people died when a medical transport plane crashed Friday evening in Northeast Philadelphia, including six Mexican nationals and one person who was in a car, officials said Saturday, cautioning the death toll could rise.

The NTSB didn't reveal much information during this briefing, but officials said this was a high-impact crash and they're classifying it as an accident. The airplane was fragmented in many pieces and that debris field spans four to five blocks.
