A suspect was arrested in Dublin on Monday, three days after a vehicle was hit by bullets in broad daylight, police said.

A possible motive for the shooting remains under investigation, but authorities have said it appears to be gang-related.

Police said the rappers shot an officer in the face, neck, and chest with a toy gun filled with gel pellets. The officer wasn't injured.

The shooting was reported at Skylab Road and Springdale Street around 7:15 a.m. Aerial footage showed investigators responding to an outdoor area of a California Closets building.
