Investigators say a shooting outside a church in Salt Lake City that killed two people and injured six others grew out of a dispute between people who knew each other and were attending a funeral

Eight people were shot outside a memorial service at an LDS church meetinghouse in Salt Lake City on Wednesday night. Two are dead and at least three are in critical condition, officials said.

The two victims were identified as Sione Vatuvei, 38, and Vaea Tulikihihifo, 46, while police say three others remain in critical condition.
