Just ahead of Super Bowl LX, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold sent an encouraging message to young patients at Seattle Children's Hospital.

After Super Bowl LX against the New England Patriots on Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks will have some decisions to make regarding the respective futures of quarterback Sam Darnold and running back Kenneth Walker III.

Darnold dealt with adversity along the way, but he also picked up a lifelong partner. He met his fiancee, Katie Hoofnagle, while playing for the Panthers in Charlotte. The couple went public with their relationship in 2023 before making the lifelong commitment to get engaged before the start of the 2025 NFL season.
