The video from a 2023 panel for Democratic Socialists of America is raising questions for the frontrunner in the mayoral race.
House Rep. Andy Ogles of Tennessee is calling for the DOJ to investigate New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani.
New York City’s mayoral election seems to have only reinforced John Rocker’s feelings about the Big Apple. The former Braves relief pitcher took to X on Tuesday to voice his opinion on the state of the race in which democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani is favored to win.
If Zohran Mamdani wins New York City’s mayor’s race next month, he would become the city’s first Muslim mayor and its youngest in a century.
Polls and betting markets suggest he will very likely be elected mayor of New York City on November 4th. His nearest challenger, Andrew Cuomo, a former governor running as an independent, would have to defy a persistent double-digit polling deficit.
Zohran Mamdani was greeted warmly in an interview with Jon Stewart, who told him: “You are clearly right now in the front-running position. I can tell, because they’ve gone 9/11 on you.”
