Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane was singing the praises of his quarterback, Josh Allen, from the 2025 NFL combine. During an appearance on the "Pat McAfee Show," the Bills GM broke down the quarterback's rise from a humble start in college to NFL MVP.

”This is a guy who was ‘overrated,’ right?” Beane said of the 2024 poll that listed Allen as the NFL’s most overrated quarterback following the 2023 season. “In all seriousness, that’s how our training camp day started. Josh asked me the question. And we were getting into the overrated [discussion] to the guy who won MVP.”

But Allen's MVP win was a big boost for those thinking that he isn't an elite quarterback. However, general manager Brandon Beane, who was a guest on the Pat McAfee Show, stated that even with the award, Allen still has that chip on his shoulder.
