Attempted kidnapping in Union City
An 11-year-old girl was nearly kidnapped in Union City on Wednesday morning. The would-be victim managed to escape unharmed.
UNION CITY – An investigation is underway into the attempted kidnapping of an 11-year-old student in Union City, police said.
Police said the girl told officials she was riding her scooter to school when someone grabbed the hood of her sweatshirt and tried to pull her.
