EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. - The second suspect wanted in connection with a shooting that injured a teenager at a Halloween party in East Stroudsburg is in custody. Pennsylvania State Police announced the arrest of 20-year-old Unique Kaheem Johnson Sunday night.

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Delaware County are investigating a deadly double shooting at an apartment complex in Chester. It happened at the Willow Gardens apartments along Dorian Drive around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Investigators taped off an apartment where it appears a window was shattered.

When police arrived at the grisly scene shortly before 4 a.m., they found the mom’s lover dead inside the truck “with his pants around his ankles.”
