The New York Lottery announced that three second-prize-winning tickets were sold in New York for the Oct. 20 Powerball drawing, each worth $1 million. All three tickets were sold at V & C Taneja, located at 600 Nepperhan Ave. in Yonkers, according to lottery officials.
