School districts across Northeast Ohio have canceled classes today as a precaution from the extreme cold that has settled over the region. Most of Northern Ohio is under a cold weather advisory issued by the National Weather Service.

With bitter cold descending on central Ohio, some schools are opting for a delayed start of closing altogether.
