Polis, who has toed the line recently with Donald Trump and the president-elect’s incoming administration, will attend the ceremony, his office confirmed.

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis will be one of numerous dignitaries attending President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration Monday.

Polis has recently made several moves and statements about the incoming Trump presidency, including welcoming federal agents to deport undocumented criminals and ordering flags to be raised to full staff for the inauguration.

Gov. Jared Polis explained his outreach with his go-to refrain that isn’t often heard in today’s hyperpolarized politics: “We can get good ideas from the left and the right.”
