A three-year-old boy died after he was dumped at a NYC hospital over the weekend, covered in bruises, the NYPD said. FOX 5 NY's Hayley Fixler has the details.
The crash happened at Hylan Boulevard and Benton Avenue in Dongan Hills around 9:30 a.m. Friday, according to the NYPD.
