Kenneth Washington, known for ‘Star Trek’ and ‘Hogan’s Heroes’, has died at 88. His cause of death is now known.

Washington was best known for portraying Sgt. Richard Baker in the sixth and final season of “Hogan’s Heroes” from 1970 to 1971.
