NEW YORK CITY — A woman was found deaf on a sidewalk in Lower Manhattan over the weekend, police said. The woman's body was found on the sidewalk near 98 Broome Street around 7:40 a.m. on Sunday. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim had visible head trauma, according to police.
