Hurricane forecasters said powerful Erin was creating life-threatening surf conditions at beaches up and down the whole East Coast.

Hurricane Erin fluctuated in intensity on Monday, Aug. 18, as forecasters warn of "life-threatening" rip currents and surf conditions along the East Coast.

The proposal includes possible sidewalk and street crossing projects for St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, Waite Park and St. Joseph.
