The doors of the only Planned Parenthood clinic in mid-Missouri opened up on Monday morning just like they have since 1970.

There are some lingering snow showers and clouds, but these will diminish throughout the afternoon. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 30s and low 40s under mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.
