Kristaps Porzingis hasn’t faced anything quite like the viral illness that is draining his energy against the Knicks.

Notably, Kristaps Porzingis is not listed on the injury report despite fighting his recent illness. The big man started the Game 5 win over the Knicks, but didn’t play the second half as he watched from the bench. C’s coach Joe Mazzulla explained why Porzingis ended up sitting the rest of the win.

"The Celtics have a clean injury list outside of Jayson Tatum," Weiss wrote. "No more designation for Sam Hauser, who returned from his ankle sprain, and none for Kristaps Porziņģis, who was benched for the second half last night due to his illness, but was available in an emergency."
