Purchased 2 Apple Pro pencils and unfortunately I purchased the incorrect ones that are not compatible with our devices. Took them back to the shop to exchange and was very abruptly told that the returns policy is only 14 days.

Apple has the personal details, life memories and images of all their customers. But they use flawed automated systems which causes major stress in communication. Even the customer service staff at the highest level cannot override the ‘Recovery’ process which is justified as a security measure.
