mohan thal recipe/ಮೋಹನ್ ತಾಲ್ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ : #mohanthal ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು : ಕಡಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟು 1 ಕಪ್ ತುಪ್ಪ 1/2 ಕಪ್ ಹಾಲು 1 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಚಮಚ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ 1/2 ಕಪ್ ನೀರು 1/4 ಕಪ್ ಕೇಸರಿ ದಳ ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಪುಡಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಪಿಸ್ತಾ/ ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಚೂರುಗಳು ಅಲಂಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ 1.ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಕಡಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ತುಪ್ಪದ ಅರ್ಧ ಭಾಗ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಲೆಸಿರಿ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಲು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಇನ್ನೊಮ್ಮೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಲೆಸಿ 10 ನಿಮಿಷ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಡಿ. 2.ನಂತರ ಹಿಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಜರಡಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ಒಂದು ಪಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. 3.ಉಳಿದ ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಕಡಾಯಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಕರಗಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಡಲೆಹಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಉರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚೆ
