Did you know that we have a program called Leadership Scholarship that is designed to help local union members develop the skills they need to become leaders in the labor movement? Over a four-year period, participants attend four week-long training sessions in which they learn with and from fellow USW siblings. The intense training challenges participants to expand their strategic planning and leadership abilities and learn to effectively communicate within their locals and communities. Members

Today, in conjunction with the Allegheny - Fayette County Labor Council and USW Local 3657, we honored Workers' Memorial Day. We remembered our union siblings who have died from workplace accidents, and reaffirmed our commitment to stronger safety and health protections. 💙 | United Steelworkers
