Competitors in the Seann Triubhas or Sean Trews Scottish Highland Dance competition during the 2022 Aboyne Highland Games. These were held at Aboyne in Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, Scotland on Saturday 6th August 2022. Seann Triubhas is a dance of celebration developed in response to the repealing by the English of the Act of Proscription in 1747, which restored to the Scots the right to wear kilts and play the bagpipes once more.
