I love the story of Jami and Jason. They worked together on 1986’s Solarbabies and when Jason Patric signed onto The Lost Boys they still hadn’t picked who to be star. The producers wanted someone blonde but Jason said Jami would be great as Star so they gave her an audition and she got the part!
